What we hold,
and what we don't.

Seltrix runs on your Telegram account and a TON wallet you link yourself. There is no signup form, no password, and no email address collected to open an account, so this document is shorter than most.

What we hold

Two kinds of record, and nothing else. The first identifies the account. The second is the ledger, which exists because a rewards product that cannot show its own arithmetic is not auditable.

From your Telegram account Identity

Your numeric Telegram ID, username, first and last name, language setting, and the URL of your profile photo. The numeric ID is the account key; the rest is what Telegram sends alongside it.

From the wallet you link Address

Your TON wallet address and which wallet application you linked it with. We never receive your seed phrase or your private key, and no part of Seltrix can spend from your wallet.

From using the product Ledger

Deposits, positions and their lock dates, minted rewards, claims, redemption requests and their outcomes, referral commissions, and a dated activity entry for each of those events.

From an invite link Referral

Which account introduced you, and which accounts you introduced. This is held because commission is paid on it and has to be reconstructible.

What we do not hold

No password, because there is no password. No email address, unless you write to us yourself. No phone number. No date of birth. No document scans. No location. No advertising identifier, and no profile built for advertising.

No cookies, and no analytics. Seltrix sets no cookies and runs no analytics, tag manager, session recorder or advertising pixel on any of its pages. The only thing written to your device is a single browser-storage entry recording which in-app notice you last dismissed, so that a notice you have read does not reappear. It contains no identifier and is never sent to us.

Where it comes from

Every identifying field arrives from Telegram, not from you filling anything in.

When you open Seltrix inside Telegram, Telegram hands the app a signed block of data describing your account. We verify that signature against our bot token before trusting any of it, which is what stops someone claiming to be an account they do not control. That block is the source of every field in the identity row above.

Your wallet address arrives when you link a wallet through TON Connect and approve the connection in your own wallet application. Ledger records are created by your own actions in the app: a deposit that is seen on chain, a lock you open, a reward you claim, a redemption you request.

Why we hold it

Each record exists to make the product work or to make it checkable. Nothing is collected speculatively in case it becomes useful later.

  1. To run your account Your Telegram ID is how your balance, positions and history are found. Without it there is no account.
  2. To pay you Your wallet address is the destination a redemption settles to, and the address a deposit is matched against.
  3. To keep the books Ledger entries are financial records. They are what reconciliation, review and any dispute about a payout are decided from.
  4. To tell you things Your Telegram ID is used to message you when a deposit credits, a term unlocks, or a redemption settles or is refused.

We do not sell personal data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to build profiles for anyone else.

Who else sees it

Four categories of service are involved in running Seltrix. Each sees only what its job requires, and each is named here rather than described as "trusted partners".

Telegram Identity and messaging

Supplies your account data and delivers the messages the bot sends you. Your use of Telegram is governed by Telegram's own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Our hosting and database providers Storage

The application runs on Render and its records are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database provided by Neon. Both process data on our instructions and for no purpose of their own.

A TON node provider Chain reads

We read balances and confirm transfers through toncenter. Wallet addresses appear in those queries, as they must for a balance to be read at all.

Your wallet application TON Connect

Linking a wallet passes through the bridge run by the wallet you chose. Which one that is, and what it records, is a matter between you and that wallet.

Lawful requests. We will disclose records where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or abuse of the product. We will not disclose them because someone asked politely, and we will never disclose them to a person claiming to be you without evidence that they are.

The public chain

This is the part most privacy policies bury, and it is the part that actually matters on a product settled in USDT.

Transfers on TON are public and permanent. Your deposit to our treasury address and every payout we settle to your wallet are recorded on a public blockchain. Anyone can read them, they are visible forever, and neither we nor you can delete or amend them. A wallet address is pseudonymous rather than anonymous: anyone who learns that an address is yours can read its entire history, including activity that has nothing to do with Seltrix.

Nothing in this policy, and no deletion request, can change that. If linking an address publicly to your activity here is a problem for you, the decision to make is which address you link, and it is a decision to make before you deposit rather than after.

How long we keep it

Identity records are kept while your account exists. Ledger records — deposits, positions, rewards, claims, redemptions, commissions — are kept as financial records for as long as we are required to keep them, and in any case while any balance, open position or unresolved redemption remains on the account.

This is the ordinary reason a deletion request cannot always be answered in full: an account that has been paid out has a payment history, and a payment history is not ours alone to erase.

Your choices

Write to the support address from the Telegram account in question, quoting the ID shown on your Account page, and we will act on any of the following.

  • A copy of what we hold. The identity fields and the full ledger for your account.
  • Correction. Most identity fields refresh from Telegram automatically; change them there and they follow. Anything that does not, tell us.
  • Deletion. Identity fields are deleted on request once no balance, open position or pending redemption remains. Ledger entries required as financial records are retained, and on-chain transfers cannot be deleted by anyone.
  • Unlinking a wallet. You can disconnect a linked wallet from inside the app at any time.
  • Stopping messages. Block the bot in Telegram and it stops messaging you. Your account and balance are unaffected.

Depending on where you live you may have further rights under local data protection law, including the right to complain to your national supervisory authority. Nothing here limits them.

Age

Seltrix is for adults. It is not offered to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly hold data about a child. If you believe we do, write to us and we will remove it.
